Dustin Miller is in his second season as the offensive coordinator. He joined the staff prior to the 2014 season.
Miller guided the Northwood option offense to a much-improved performance a year ago. The Timberwolves improved their time of possession by nearly six minutes per game (29:28-23:47) from the 2013 season. Northwood also committed eight fewer turnovers overall (22-30).
Prior to his arrival at Northwood, Miller had served as an offensive coordinator for a total of 15 years. He had a pair of stints as the O.C. at Bethany College, serving from 1999-2003 as well as 2012-13. Miller also was an OC at Hiram (2010-11), Malone (2006-09) and Tabor (2004-05).
Miller is a 1993 graduate of Bethany College, where he was an all-conference running back with two conference championships. Miller received a master's degree in education from Wichita State University.
