Men's Basketball Loses At Lake Superior State 113-79

FIRST HALF
- Northwood trailed 22-16 with less than 12 minutes to go in the opening half, but it was all Lakers the remainder of the half.
- LSSU eventually led 60-35 at the break. Their 25 point advantage at the break matched their biggest of the half.
- Lake Superior State shot 66.7 in the half, going 24-36 overall. The Lakers also shot 64.3 percent from 3-point from 3-point range (9-14).
- Northwood connected on 44.0 percent (11-25) from the floor and 42.9 percent from beyond the arc (6-14).
- Turnovers were also a big part of the Lakers' lead – 13 Northwood giveaways resulted in 22 points for LSSU.
SECOND HALF
- The Lakers maintained control throughout the second half, not allowing the Timberwolves to get any closer than 23 points.
- Lake Superior State led by as many as 35 after the break before winning 113-79.
