• Davenport wasted no time getting on the board in the opening minute of the game to give the Panthers the early 1-0 lead.
• Northwood found the equalizer in the 77^th minute after Austin Hobbs put a corner kick in the area. The ball was bouncing around the box when Connor Cole sent it to the right corner of the net to tie the game 1-1.
• In the closing seconds of the second overtime period, the Panthers connected with the ball and sent it floating over the NU defense to win the game 2-1.
