Women's Basketball Claims 66-61 Comeback Win Over Wayne State

FIRST QUARTER

  • Wayne State scored the first seven points of the contest and held Northwood scoreless for the first 4:30 while NU went 0-7 from the floor.
  • Northwood chipped away at the lead, eventually cutting the WSU advantage down to 15-11 after one quarter.
  • The Timberwolves made just 25.0 percent of their shots from the floor (4-16), including just 28.6 percent of their attempts from behind the arc (2-7).
  • The Warriors finished at 42.9 percent in the first (6-14), missing their only three-point attempt of the period.

SECOND QUARTER
