Autumn Haggadone Named Assistant Women's Basketball Coach

MIDLAND, MICH. – The Northwood University women's basketball team has announced the hiring of Autumn Haggadone as an assistant coach.

Rogers replaces Darcie Roberts, who resigned recently to pursue other opportunities.

"We are thrilled to have Autumn join our staff," said head women's basketball coach Jeff Curtis. "She is an excellent coach who has spent the last two years recruiting the state of Michigan extensively. Autumn brings a great passion for the game and I am looking forward to working with her."

Haggadone joins the Northwood staff after spending last year as an assistant coach at her alma mater, Albion College. She was a part of a Briton team that went 18-8 overall and reached the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Tournament semifinals.

A four-year letterwinner and captain as a player for the Britons, Haggadone helped the team post 62 victories in her career. She graduated from Albion in 2012 with a degree in Physical Education.

Haggadone joins fellow new assistant coach Kristen Rogers, who joined the women's basketball staff earlier this summer.

"Hiring two new assistant coaches can be difficult, but I could not be more thrilled with having Kristen and Autumn on our staff. They will both do a great job."
