• Tiffin was the first to get on the board right before halftime from a shot 20 yards out off of a free kick.
• Northwood was able to find the equalizer from Emilie Pechette in the 80^th minute. Ashton Brooks's shot was blocked by the Tiffin goalkeeper, but Pechette was right there to get the rebound and send it into the back of the net to tie the game at one a piece.
• The Dragons broke the tie shortly after with the eventual game winning goal in the 83^rd minute and went on to take the 2-1 victory.
