Wallace joined the Northwood University women’s soccer coaching staff in the summer of 2023, bringing with her a strong mix of coaching experience and on-field success as a former Timberwolf standout.
In her first two seasons on staff, Wallace helped guide Northwood to back-to-back postseason appearances and one of the most successful stretches in program history. The Timberwolves went a combined 28-7-8 over the 2023 and 2024 seasons, capturing the G-MAC regular season and tournament titles in 2023, and reaching the G-MAC Tournament Championship match again in 2024.
Before returning to Northwood, Wallace served as an assistant coach at Calvary Baptist Academy from 2019–2023, where she helped lead the program to a Division IV MHSAA District Championship in 2021. In 2023, she also began coaching at the club level, taking over as head coach of a ninth-grade girls’ team for Midland Soccer Club.
As a player, Wallace was a foundational part of the Timberwolves from 2018–2022. She was instrumental in helping Northwood achieve its second-ever stretch of back-to-back 10-win seasons and earned Third Team All-Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) honors in 2022. At the time of Wallace's graduation, she held the program’s all-time leader in games played, appearing in 72 matches during her career.
A native of Saginaw, Michigan, Wallace earned her bachelor's degree in business administration from Northwood in 2023. She also completed two graduate degrees at the university—an MBA and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership.
