RECAP: Northwood held early leads in a pair of sets but dropped a 3-0 match at Hillsdale Tuesday night (September 27).

INSIDE THE MATCH

• Northwood started the match by scoring seven of the first 10 points and eventually led 10-5 before the Chargers fought back. Hillsdale scored 12 of the next 16 points to take the lead for good and eventually win 25-22.
• Hillsdale came out fast in the second set, scoring eight of the first 11 points. The Timberwolves got no closer than four points the rest of the way, as HC won the set 25-16.
• The Timberwolves opened up leads of 8-3, 11-7 and 16-9, but the Chargers finished off the match with a big run. NU still lead 20-18 when the Chargers claimed the final seven points to take the set 25-20 and close out the victory.
