Jason Miran is in his second season as Northwood’s offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach.

In Miran's first year with the Timberwolves, the offense made a major improvement. Northwood averaged nearly 32 more yards of offense per game. NU also increased its scoring and passing yardage from the 2022 season.

Miran arrived at Northwood in the summer of 2023 as a longtime collegiate coordinator. He had spent the previous five season as the OC at Bucknell. Miran also spent five seasons as the offensive coordinator at Valparaiso.

Prior to his time at Valparaiso, Miran was the wide receivers coach at Lehigh for four seasons.

Originally from Pottstown, Pa., Miran graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2009. He played fullback for the Quaker football team.

Miran and his wife Maggie reside in Midland.
