Bio

The 2017 season will be the seventh with Kyle Powell working with the offensive line at Northwood University. He was also named the recruiting coordinator in the summer of 2015.

Along with the duties of offensive line, Powell is the video coordinator and the director of intramural sports/club sports on the Northwood campus. 

Before coming to Northwood, Powell spent five years coaching at the high school level at both Lapeer East and Davison High School.  In that time he worked specifically with the offensive and defensive Lines.

Powell is a 2010 graduate of Saginaw Valley State University, where he received a degree in Special Education.  He is from Genesee, MI, and a 2004 graduate of Genesee High School.

Powell resides in Midland with his wife, Madison, and their daughter Lennox.
