• Northwood came out fast to start the game, opening the contest on a 10-2 run.
• Great Lakes Christian chipped away at the lead for the remainder of the half, eventually using a 10-3 run to tie the score at 31-31.
• The score was eventually tied 35-35 at the break.
• NU got the lead up to 51-56 with 13:06 minutes remaining, but a quick 6-0 run put GLC on top 52-51 at the 11:33 mark.
• The key stretch of the game started with the score tied 54-54 with 10:22 remaining. Northwood scored 14 of the next 18 points to take a 68-58 lead with under five minutes to go.
