GAME STORY

• Northern Michigan started the game fast, going up 12-4 3:28 into the game.
• The Wildcats held the lead the rest of the half and were up 39-30 with under four minutes to go when Northwood fought back. NU scored five straight points to get within four before the game went to the break with NMU leading 46-40.
• The majority of the second half was tightly contested – the margin stayed above six points until the final five minutes of the game.
• Northwood came all the way back to tie the game at 54-54
• The score was tied 62-62 at the 6:00 mark when the Wildcats took over. NMU out-scored the Timberwolves 18-2 the rest of the way to earn the win.
