Men's Lacrosse Drops Final Regular Season Game At Davenport, 20-9

RECAP: Northwood men's lacrosse finished their regular season with a 20-9 loss at Davenport.

GAME HIGHLIGHTS 

• Davenport dominated from the jump. The Panthers were up 7-0 after 15 minutes, holding the Timberwolves' offense scoreless.
• DU opened the match on a 9-0 run, scoring the first two of the second period. Cole Williams and Dylan Ayotte scored Northwood's only goal of the first half at the 7:36 and 6:03 marks of the second period.
• NU cut the lead to seven, but DU added two in the final 4:40 of the first half to hold an 11-2 advantage at the half.
• Hold the nine-goal lead, Northwood and Davenport traded goals in the third. Andrew Rogers tagged two, one at the 10:37 and one at the 8:29 marks of the third. Even with those two goals, Davenport extended their lead to 11 with the 15-4 lead at 7:26.
• Rogers would assist on three more Northwood goals in the third, but the Panthers continued to hold a ten-goal advantage after three, 17-7 DU.
• Davenport put the seal on the game in the fourth, scoring three to open their largest lead at 20-7 with 9:38 to play.
• Drew Lockwood and Ryder Mulvey added two more for Northwood, but the lead was too much to overcome as Nu fell 20-9.
