RECAP: The Northwood men's soccer team visited Lake Erie Thursday night (October 20) to take on the Storm. A rough second half would doom Northwood as they fell 4-1 to the Storm.
GAME HIGHLIGHTS
- After a back-and-forth start, Lake Erie would be the first to put a cooked number on the scoreboard. The Storm's goal in the 30' let the Storm take the lead into the break, 1-0 LEC.
- During the 51', while Northwood was down 1-0, Seamus Quinn dribbled right before screaming one around multiple defenders and into the upper right corner of the net, 1-1.
- The green and white would answer right back slipping one through Northwood defenders and past a diving Robert Gjelaj in the 55', 2-1 LEC.
- The Storm would add another in the 61' to extend their lead to 3-1.
