Jarvis Earns First Team All-Region By D2CCA For Men's Soccer

D2CCA All-Midwest Region Teams

MIDLAND, MICH. – Northwood's men's soccer team earned one First Team All-Region honor from the DII Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA).

All-Region teams were announced Tuesday (November 28). These teams are selected by communication professionals from across the NCAA Division II Midwest Region. A region made up of member schools from the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC), the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC), and the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC).

Junior Oliver Jarvis was the lone Timberwolf among the D2CCA All-Region First Team honorees. Jarvis was one of Northwood's best offensive weapons. He led the team in goals (10 – t-35th in DII) and points (24). In the conference, he was second in goals, first in goals per game (.667 – 34th in DII), and second in points. Jarvis is the first Northwood player since 2015 (James DeCosemo – 13, Keaton Levock – 12, and Mayowa Olufeko – 10) with at least ten goals in a single season.

Northwood finished 6-8-4 and 5-6-3 in the G-MAC, taking ninth in the G-MAC this season, just missing out on the conference tournament.
