Track & Field To Send Four Athletes To NCAA Outdoor Championships

MEET SCHEDULE

The Northwood University men's track and field team will send four student-athletes to compete in the 2019 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships. Texas A&M-Kingsville will serve as the host at Javelina Stadium.

The Timberwolves will be represented by senior Rami Gharsalli, sophomores Mason Phillips and Austin Hamlet, and freshman Andrew Davis. Gharsalli, Phillips and Hamlet are returning qualifiers – Davis is making his NCAA Championships debut.

Phillips will be competing in two individual events (100, 200 meters) and Gharsalli will compete in the 110 meter hurdles. The two will team up with Hamlet and Davis for the 4x100 meter relay.

Rami Gharsalli – Men's 110 Meter Hurdles (13.92 seconds)

Mason Phillips – Men's 100 Meters (10.34 seconds), Men's 200 Meters (20.97 seconds)
