MIDLAND, MICH. – Senior Rami Gharsalli of the Northwood University men's track & field team has been named a Second Team Google Cloud Academic All-American, as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).

It is the second consecutive year Gharalli has Academic All-America honors.  He was named a Third Team Academic All-America Team a year ago.

Gharsalli has been a standout for the Northwood men's track and field team from his first day on campus. During the 2019 indoor season, he placed third at the NCAA Division II Indoor Championship in the 60-meter hurdles, finishing with a time of 7.94.
