Men's Cross Country Selected Fifth In GLIAC Coaches Poll

MIDLAND, MICH. – The Northwood University men's cross country team was picked the finish fifth in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Coaches Poll, the league announced Tuesday (September 3).

Northwood finished with 69 points in the poll. Grand Valley State was the favorite at 100 points with 10 first place votes. Saginaw Valley (87) and Michigan Tech (84) were selected second and third, respectively.

The Timberwolves will open their 2019 season by hosting the Northwood Invitational Saturday (September 7).
