Five Timberwolves Named To CSC's Academic All-District Softball Team

FULL LIST OF ACADEMIC ALL-DISTRICT TEAMS

MIDLAND, MICH. – Five student-athletes from Northwood University's softball team have earned Academic All-District honors from the College Sports Communicators (CSC) (May 27).

Seniors, Brynn Polega, Gianna Fantin, Brittani Mutter, and Gabby Schloop were all recognized along with sophomore Saylar Cuthrell.

Student-athletes must be a starter or key reserve with at least a 3.5 cumulative grade point average and have completed one full calendar year at their respective institution.

The 2025 Academic All-District® Softball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the diamond and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA.
