Bio

Stefanie Rossman is in her second season as an assistant coach for the softball team at Northwood.  This will be her first season with the program as a full-time assistant.  Rossman works extensively with the Northwood pitchers.

Rossman came to Northwood after a highly decorated career at the University of Charleston.  The true definition of a workhorse for the Golden Eagles, Rossman finds her name throughout the NCAA record book.  She holds the all-time Division II records for both appearances in a career (200) and games started (197).  Rossman also ranks third all-time at D-II in innings (1217.3), fifth in complete games (137), sixth in strikeouts (1,275) and 14th in wins (113).  Rossman led the country as a junior in strikeouts (385) while ranking second in K’s as a senior (336).

Rossman graduated from Charleston in the spring of 2011.  She then came to Northwood as a graduate assistant in 2012, earning her M.B.A. from the DeVos Graduate School of Management in the spring.
