Jake Voelker Promoted To Women's Basketball Associate Head Coach

MIDLAND, MICH. – Head Northwood University women's basketball coach Autumn Hunter has announced the promotion of Jake Voelker to Associate Head Coach.

"I am thrilled to promote Jake to Associate Head Coach," said Northwood Women's Basketball head coach Autumn Hunter. "His work ethic and passion for basketball has been a huge part of our recent success. We are very blessed to have him a part of our program."

Voelker recently completed his third season on Hunter's staff. He was a volunteer assistant coach for the 2022-23 season before being promoted to a full-time assistant coach for the previous two seasons. Over his two seasons as the top assistant for Hunter, Northwood has won 38 games overall while going 31-10 in conference play.

Northwood tied for third in the G-MAC in 2024-25. The Timberwolves return 14 of 17 players for the upcoming 2025-26 season.
