Women's Golf Places 14th At UINDY Fall Invite

RECAP: Northwood finished 14th against a strong field at the UINDY Fall Invitational Monday and Tuesday (September 9-10).

INSIDE THE EVENT

• Northwood shot matching team scores of 316-313-337 to finish with a team score of 977.
• Host Indianapolis, the No. 3 ranked team in Division II according the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) preseason poll, was the overall winner at 883 (296-294-293), followed by ninth-ranked Findlay (292-291-305=889).
• Of the 15 teams competing in the event, 10 are current ranked in the WGCA top-25 (No. 1 Barry, No. 3 UINDY, No. 5 Lynn, No. 9 Findlay, No. 10 Limestone, No. 11 Grand Valley State, No. 13 Saint Leo, No. 19 Lee, No. 25 Carson-Newman (tied), No. 25 Missouri-St. Louis (tied).

• Ines Dorado: 80-79-80=239 – 48th overall
• Sydni Harding: 76-80-87=243 – tied for 56th
• Taylor Harding: 77-85-87=249 – tied for 67th
