Women's Golf Sets Pair Of School Records At Music City Invitational

RECAP: Women's Golf sets a pair of school records in their third place finish at the Music City Invitational Monday-Tuesday (October 14-15).
INSIDE THE EVENT
- After shooting an opening-round 308, Northwood carded a 299 in the final round to place third overall.
- Northwood's final round total of 299 and 36-hole total of 607 are new school records. The old 18 record was 305, which NU had shot three times. NU's 36-hole school record was 610 (305-305 – SVSU Invite September 23-24, 2017).
- Second-ranked Indianapolis was the overall winner at 566 (291-275), with Carson-Newman placing second at 597.
- A total of 13 teams took part in the event.
TOP NU PERFORMERS
- Sydni Harding: 78-72=150 – tied for 10th overall
- Tyler Kautz: 77-74=151 – tied for 12th. Final round 74 is her career-low
- Taylor Harding: 74-78=152 – tied for 16th
- Ines Dorado: 79-76=155 – tied for 27th
- Ali Martus: 81-77=158 – tied for 40th
- A total of 72 players competed in the tournament
