RECAP: Northwood women's soccer visited Lake Erie on Thursday (October 24) afternoon. After a first-half draw, 0-0, the Timberwolves separated themselves in the second half, dominating possession and leaving with a 1-0 win.
GAME HIGHLIGHTS
- Going into the half, Lake Erie and Northwood were at a stall mate 0-0. Shot attempts were even at 5-5, and corners even at two for each side.
- Coming out of the break, Northwood began to hold possession before connecting on their first score in the 59'. Stephanie O'Keefe passed to Ella Boyd from the top left of the 18-yard box to the right post before scoring around the defender, 1-0 NU.
