Zac Stickler Earns All-America Honors To Lead Track & Field At NCAA Outdoor Championships

RECAP: Highlighted by Zechariah Stickler, a trio of Northwood athletes competed at the NCAA Outdoor Championships Thursday-Saturday (May 27-29)

NORTHWOOD HIGHLIGHTS

  • Zechariah Stickler provided the top performance of the weekend for Northwood, placing sixth in the shot put with a toss of 17.93 meters. His mark came on his second attempt. This is the first time in his career Stickler has earned All-America honors.
  • Mason Phillips competed in a pair of events in his final competition at Northwood. He finished 11th in the 200 meters (21.51) and 13th in the 100 meters (10.66)
  • Jessica Kursinsky competed in the women's shot put, but fouled on all three of her attempts.
