Volleyball Loses To UINDY 3-0

INSIDE THE MATCH
- Northwood was without injured setter Renee Brines for the third straight match, who had been on the floor for every point up until this weekend.
- The opening set was close early on, with Northwood leading by as many as three before the score was tied 11-11 when UINDY went on a run. The Greyhounds scored eight of the next 10 points to go up 19-13. NU got no closer than five the rest of the set, which was won by Indianapolis 25-18.
- The Greyhounds wasted no time taking control of set two, opening up leads of 5-1, 10-2 and 17-4. NU did go on a 6-2 run late before UINDY closed the second set out 25-17.
- With the score tied 9-9 in the third, Indianapolis went on a big run to close out the match. UINDY scored four straight and 11 of the next 14 points to take a 20-12 lead. The Greyhounds registered the final five points of the match to close things out at 25-15.
