Jerry Pettway is Northwood’s all-time leading scorer (2,471) and rebounder (1,370). He finished his career with averages of 30.9 points and 17.1 rebounds per game. Despite averaging just 20 games per season, Pettway currently has 511 more points and 384 for rebounds than any other player in school history. Pettway owns three of the top nine single-season point totals in school history. A member of the Michigan District NAIA All Star team in 1966-67, Pettway went on to play professionally for the Houston Mavericks of the ABA.
