Nicole Williams' name is found throughout the Northwood Softball record book, both as a pitcher and as a hitter. When her career ended, Williams’ name was listed a total of 33 times on single-season and career lists at Northwood. A four-time First Team All-GLIAC honoree, Williams is the winningest pitcher in program history with 73 victories. She also currently holds the records for pitching appearances in a career (162), innings pitched in a career (737), complete games in a season (30 – 1998) and innings pitched in a season (227 – 1998). Williams was the GLIAC Freshman of the Year in 1995 and the GLIAC Player of the Year in 1998. She earned First Team All-Region honors in each of her final three seasons at Northwood.
