LeDesa Schultz ended her distinguished Northwood career in 1986 holding 22 school records in 1986. Schultz still holds program-best marks in career aces (316), career block assists (435), aces per game in a season (0.84 - 1984) and block assists in a season (136 - 1983). She currently ranks third in Northwood history with 1,648 kills and fourth with 1,231 digs. Schultz also owns the Northwood single-match records for most attacks (96), total blocks (21), block assists (18) and blocks per game (4.2). Schultz earned All-America honors twice and was named First Team All-District 23 all four years of her career. She led Northwood to the District 23 titles four straight seasons. Schultz was a four-time All-GLIAC honoree as well.
