Bio

Michelle “Mitch” Williams was the first three time All-American for the Northwood volleyball team. She still holds school-records for assists in a career (5,523), assists in a season (1,713), assist per game in a season (13.60) and assists in a match (81). Northwood finished in the top-10 nationally in the NAIA all four years of her career, including a third place finish in her junior season. During her senior season, Mitch was the District 23 Player of the Year and claimed First Team All-America honors. She also earned regional CoSIDA All-Academic honors three times in her career. Northwood averaged more than 30 wins per season in her career and posted a winning percentage of .781.
