Bio

Josh Weber was the premier men’s track and field competitor at Northwood during the early 2000’s. He was a five-time All-American in three different events, earning the honors in the 4X400 meter relay, the 400 meter dash and the 800 meter run. During his career, Weber claimed three top-five finishes at the NCAA Championships. His best finish came at the 2004 Indoor Championships, where Weber finished second with a time of 1:50.48. He also placed third in the 400 at the 2003 Indoor Championships (48.06) and a fifth in the 800 at the 2004 Outdoor Championships (1:51.97). Weber saved some of his best performances for the GLIAC Championships, where he won four individual titles. He was named the GLIAC Male Athlete of the Meet at the 2003 Outdoor GLIAC Championships, where he claimed the 200 and the 400 meter dashes. At the 2004 Outdoor GLIAC Championships, he set a meet and Northwood record with a time of 1:49.27.
