Kyle Clement is one of the most dominant defensive lineman in Northwood history. In a career that saw him play both defensive end and defensive tackle, Clement holds the school record for career sacks (25.5) and tackles for loss (50.5).  He also holds the Northwood record for tackles for loss in a game with five against Indianapolis in 2006. Clement was named First Team All-GLIAC twice and earned All-Conference honors three times overall in his career. In his career, Northwood went 33-12 overall with a GLIAC Championship and three NCAA Playoff appearances. Following his senior season, Clement was selected to play in the Cactus Bowl, which features the best players in Division II football. He went on to sign with the Pittsburgh Steelers after his collegiate career ended.
