RECAP: Northwood men's basketball dropped a 101-78 contest to No. 24 Ferris State Monday night (January 24).

FIRST HALF

Ferris State used a 15-2 run in the opening half to go up 23-10 with 12:06 remaining.
The Timberwolves battled back from that 13-point deficit, eventually cutting the FSU lead to 48-42 at the break.
Both teams had similar shooting numbers in the half – NU finished at 47.1 percent .
Ferris State ended the half at 43.3 percent (13-30). LSSU was 5-14 from the 3-point line and 4-6 from the foul line.

SECOND HALF

Northwood continued to chip away at the lead early in the second half, getting back within three at 55-52 with 16:24 remaining.
The Bulldogs' lead was 80-70 with under seven minutes remaining when FSU took control, scoring 21 of the final 29 points to win the game by 23 points.
