RECAP: Northwood men's basketball rides a great second half shooting performance to defeat Wayne State 80-77 Monday night (February 7).

FIRST HALF

  • After the score was close early on, the Warriors went on 13-4 run to take a 25-15 lead.
  • Northwood responded with a run of their own, scoring 13 of the next 17 points to get back within one at 29-28.
  • Wayne State eventually led 36-31 at halftime.
  • Northwood ended the first half shooting 38.7 percent overall, making 12-31 from the floor. NU was 3-11 from 3-point range and 4-5 from the foul line.
