- A push from Purdue Northwest midway through the first half gave the Pride a 21-12 lead with 10:29 remaining.
- NU responded with an 8-2 run to make the score 23-20.
- PNW held a 37-30 edge with 1:42 left in the half when the Timberwolves finished strong.
- Northwood scored the final six points of the opening 20 minutes to make the score 37-36 at the break.
