GAME STORY
- Northwood opened the game scoring four of the first five points of the contest.
- Lake Erie responded with a 12-0 run to take a 13-4 lead with 12:59 remaining in the half.
- The Timberwolves got back within six at 18-12 before the Storm made another push, going on a 10-2 run to get the lead up to 28-14 with 5:30 remaining.
- Lake Erie led by as many as 17 before settling for a 39-24 lead at the break.
- The Storm lead grew to 20 early in the second, but the Timberwolves did not go away.
- Northwood chipped away at the lead, getting it down to 10 with less than seven minutes remaining at 57-47.
- The Timberwolves had a chance to get the lead down to single digits, but the Storm responded with a final push to close out the win.
- An 11-4 stretch for Lake Erie made the lead 68-51 with 2:30 remaining.
