• Northwood started the game fast, going up 10-3 with 15:53 remaining in the first half.
• Ohio Dominican responded with a run of their own, eventually taking a 14-13 lead.
• The Timberwolves led 30-29 late in the half when the Panthers finished the half strong, taking a 49-38 lead at the break.
• ODU pushed their lead to 21 at 63-42 when the Timberwolves went on an 11-0 run to get within 10 at 63-53.
• The Panthers responded with seven of the next points to get the lead back up to 70-54 with under eight minutes to go.
• Northwood made one final run to get within six at 79-73 with 1:21 remaining but were unable to put up anymore points.
