Men’s Golf Finishes 12th At Motor City Invitational

RECAP: Northwood finishes their fall season with a 12th place finish at the  (October 14-15).

INSIDE THE EVENT

• Northwood shot team scores of 327 and 325 to finish at 652 overall.
• Findlay was the overall winner  (297-313) at 610, followed by Bellarmine (312-300=612) and Wayne State (311-305=616).
• NU held a four-shot lead after the opening round with their score of 285, which stood up as the best score of the tournament.
• A total of 19 teams took part in the event.

TOP NU PERFORMERS

• Austin Deiters: 77-73=150 – third place
• Jagger Richard: 82-80=162 – tied for 44th
• Brandt Nelson: 82-81=163 – tied for 50th
• A total of 98 players competed in the tournament
