Men's Golf Places 11th At SVSU Spring Invitational

LOCATION: Kearney Hills – Lexington, Ky. (Par 72 – 7,023 yards)
RECAP: Northwood men's golf placed 11th out of 21 teams at the SVSU Spring Invitational Saturday-Sunday (March 20-21).

INSIDE THE EVENT

• Northwood shot team scores of 300 and 302 to finish at 602 overall
• Grand Valley State was the overall winner at 571, followed by Trevecca Nazarene (578) and Ferris State (583).
• A total of 21 teams took part in the event.

TOP NU PERFORMERS

• Carson Butterfield: 73-78=151 – tied for 43rd
• James Staab: 73-78=151 – tied for 43rd
• A total of 116 players competed in the tournament
