He has guided the men's team to nine appearances in the NCAA Super Regional. Harding then went on to earn another trip to the NCAA Championships in 2021, becoming the first player in school history to reach the event twice in a career. Harding also earned First Team All-GLIAC and First Team All-Region honors. Turner earned his third GLIAC Coach of the Year award in his career in 2022 with the women's program, when he led NU to a second place finish at the GLIAC Championships.
