INSIDE THE MATCH
- The top of the doubles lineup came up big for the Timberwolves, as Northwood won at the No. 1 and No. 2 slots to take a 2-1 heading into singles.
- As has happened throughout the early part of the season, the match would go right down to the end. That advantage Northwood earned in doubles proved to be big, as the two teams split the six singles matches 3-3.
- Northwood's three singles wins came at the No. 1, 4 and six positions. All three NU wins came in straight sets.
