Jamie Moreno Resigns As Head Cross Country/Track & Field Coach

MIDLAND, MICH. – Jamie Moreno has announced his resignation as the head coach of the Northwood University men's & women's Cross Country/Track & Field programs.

Moreno is leaving Northwood to take over the men's & women's Cross Country/Track & Field programs at Drury University in Springfield, Missouri. It is a return home for Moreno, who is a native of Independence, Missouri.

Moreno was in his third season as the head coach of the Northwood programs. In his time at Northwood, Moreno led three athletes to All-America honors (Dani Miller, Madison Pines, Jeremy Wilchcombe) and had three different athletes earn individual GLIAC Championships (Dani Miller, Madison Pines, Jeremy Wilchcombe).

The search for a new coach will begin immediately.

Northwood will compete at the Aquinas College Quad Meet January 15.
