Cross Country Teams Compete At MSU Spartan Invitational
OVERVIEW – MSU SPARTAN INVITIATIONAL

INSIDE THE WOMEN'S RACE (6,000 METERS)
- Northwood placed 16th overall in the women's event with a team score of 472.
- Michigan State was the overall winner at 36 points, followed by Grand Valley State at 73 and Toledo (76) and Chicago (141)
- A total of 20 teams and 236 runners competed in the race. Jenna Magness of Michigan State was the overall winner at 21:05.4.
NORTHWOOD RESULTS:
- Kameron Haag – 81st overall: 24:06.7
- Sarah Zehr – 92nd: 24:21.8
- Molly Dickinson – 189th: 27:23.5
- Molly Kitson – 197th: 28:47.4
- Amanda Kalkman – 220th: 31:21.5
INSIDE THE MEN'S RACE (8,000 METERS)
- Northwood finished 13th overall with 361 points.
- Grand Valley State was the overall winner with 35 points. Michigan State was second at 51, while Youngstown State was third at 103 points.
- A total of 22 teams and 269 runners competed in the race. Morgan Beadlescomb of Michigan State was the overall winner at 24:15.8.
