GAME ONE HIGHLIGHTS
- Grand Valley scored a trio of runs in the bottom of the first to get the early 3-0 lead.
- The Lakers then added three runs in the second, with the final three runs in the bottom of the fifth to get the 9-0 victory in five innings.

- Grand Valley scored two runs in the first inning to open up the game, then added another pair of runs in the third inning for the 4-0 lead. The Lakers added their final run of the game in the sixth for the 5-0 win.
- The Timberwolves started to get some momentum in the top of the seventh with runners on first and third but were unable to plate their first run of the game.
- Northwood recorded five hits for the game – all singles. Abby Joseph, Gray-Baker, Sydni Pauley, Julia Gross, and Bartodziej each had one.
