Women's Basketball Runs Away From Walsh in 98-67 Win

GAME STORY
- Northwood started the game strong, leading 18-8 with 2:55 remaining in the first.
- Walsh responded with a trio of 3-pointers in the final 2:25 to make the score 23-20 after one quarter.
- The score was tied 33-33 with less than three minutes remaining in the half when the Timberwolves finished with a run. Over the final 2:50 of the half, Northwood out-scored Walsh 14-4 to take a 47-37 lead to the locker room.
- NU led 58-46 with five minutes remaining in the third when the Timberwolves took full control of the game. Northwood out-scored Walsh 19-7 over a four-minute stretch to take a 77-51 lead.
- The lead stood at 77-54 heading to the fourth.
- Northwood maintained control in the final quarter, not allowing the Cavaliers to get any closer than 21.
- NU's 31-point lead at the end of the game was their biggest of the day.
