Women's Basketball Earns 77-62 Road Win Over Tiffin

RECAP: Northwood women's basketball rides 22-1 third-quarter run to 77-62 win at Tiffin Thursday night (February 16).
GAME STORY
- Northwood led by six early (12-6), which was the largest lead of the opening quarter.
- The Timberwolves eventually led 17-15 after one.
- NU led 29-27 with just over a minute remaining when NU went on a run that continued into the third quarter.
- Northwood put up nine of the final 11 points in the last 1:01 to take a 38-29 lead at the break.
- NU led 40-34 at the 7:15 mark of the third quarter when the Timberwolves took over. Northwood out-scored Tiffin 22-1 the remainder of the quarter. That gave the Timberwolves a 62-27 lead heading to the fourth.
- NU's lead stood at 71-44 with 4:42 remaining when the Dragons finished strong to make the final margin of victory 15.
