Women's Basketball Wins 63-62 At Lake Erie

GAME STORY
- Lake Erie took the lead early at 6-5 and held the advantage the remainder of the half.
- The Storm led by eight twice in the opening quarter, which include the 22-14 lead after one.
- Lake Erie got the lead up to as many as 13 in the second before the Timberwolves put up seven straight points to make the LE lead 31-25 with 3:46 remaining.
- A Hannah Schroeder 3-pointer in the final seconds for Northwood made the Storm lead 36-31 at the break.
- Northwood took their first lead of the game at 41-40 with 4:40 remaining in the third.
- The Timberwolves led by as many as five in the third before the score stood at 51-49 heading to the fourth.
- NU led 56-52 with under five minutes remaining when the Storm made a run. Lake Erie scored 10 of the next 14 points to take a 62-60 lead with under a minute remaining.
- Northwood's Maddie Voelker made the biggest basket of the game with 41 seconds remaining, connecting on a 3-pointer to put the Timberwolves up 63-62.
- That proved to be the final points of the game, giving Northwood the win.
