Women's Golf Finishes Sixth At GLIAC Championships

RECAP: Northwood finishes the final two rounds strong to place sixth at the GLIAC Championships Friday-Sunday (April 20-22).

INSIDE THE EVENT

• Northwood shot team scores of 340-310-312 to finish at 962 overall, good for sixth place.
• After opening the event in a tie for eighth after one round, NU's 622 total over the final two rounds was the third-best score in the event.
• Grand Valley State was the overall champion at 912 (313-294-305), followed by Northern Michigan at 919 (309-300-310).
• A total of 11 teams took part of the event.
