Women's Golf Loses To Wayne State In GLIAC Semifinals

RECAP: Women's Golf falls to Wayne State 3-1-1 in the semifinals of the GLIAC Tournament Sunday (April 18).
INSIDE THE EVENT
- Northwood faced off against Wayne State using a medal match play format, meaning the teams five players will play 18 holes in one-on-one contests.
- In the first match, Northwood's Alissa Waite fell to Grace Zimmerman 75-81.
- NU"s Ines Dorado dropped a 74-80 match to Avery Howard.
- Tyler Kautz of Northwood carded a 78 but fell to Rebecca Andres Vestman, who finished with a 73.
- NU's win on the day came from Morgan Colby, who shot 76 to defeat Daniela Moreno (77).
- Syndi Harding and Brooke Busse played the best match of the day, each carding 73's to play to a draw.
