Women's Golf Finishes Sixth At Findlay Spring Invite

OVERVIEW – FINDLAY SPRING INVITE

RECAP: Northwood women's golf finished sixth at the Findlay Spring Invite Monday-Tuesday (March 21-22).

INSIDE THE EVENT

• On day one of the event, Northwood shot team rounds of 318 and 314 to stand in sixth place.
• The Timberwolves remained sixth on the final day after carding another 318 to finish with a 54-hole total of 950.
• Fifth-ranked Anderson University (294-294-300) tied for first overall at 888 with No. 7 Findlay (295-294-299). Findlay earned the overall team title in a playoff. No. 12 Grand Valley State placed third with a score of 908 (303-308-297).
• A total of 18 teams took part in the event, four of which are currently ranked in the top-30 in Division II.

TOP NU PERFORMERS

• Sydni Harding: 81-73-74=228 – tied for 14th place
• Ines Dorado: 78-75-80=233 – tied for 24th
• Morgan Colby: 80-82-79=241 – tied for 41st
• A total of 100 players competed in the tournament
